Naetorious Loc Extensions

I was contacted this morning by Naetorious locs, and was offered an apology. I was offered a refund or a store credit. I accepted the store credit.

I am very disappointed. I have sent numerous emails, DMs on FB and IG. I have even left comments on several posts kindly asking to resolve the issue.

I have ordered products in the past, but this is my first time receiving this kind of service or lack there of.

I do not like to waste my hard earned money. I will be pursuing this issue until resolved.

DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE PURCHASE.

I love her products. I received my loc extensions the first week of August, and they looked exactly as the photos. Unfortunately the rubber band used to hold them together disintegrated into the hair altering tge integrity of the extensions. My stylist could not use them yesterday. I sent a message yesterday, and very hopeful this will be resolved. I will be more than happy to update this review.

I purchased the locs and they did blend with my locs at all. I was disappointed. Nothing wrong with locs hair just wasn't my hair texture for the right blend

They have some good products. However, shipping is very slow, and when I contact to let know one of my items was damaged, no response! Do Better People, do better!!!!
