Product Never Received

I ordered a package on 18 January 2024, it was shipped on 22, January 24. 3 February 2023 I contacted the seller to request an update on my shipment and as of today 11 February I have not received my product nor did I receive a response from the seller. I will not order from this company again.

Good product

This product is very good, and I enjoy using it. I just wish I had received the two I ordered. Only received one, and haven't yet heard from the vendor as to when I will receive it!
